Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a non-stick 11x7x2-inch pan with cooking spray.
  3. Mix all crust ingredients until well mixed and crumbly.
  4. Press into prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Mix eggs, maple syrup, brown sugar, flour, salt and vanilla.
  6. Pour over baked crust.
  7. Sprinkle the 1 cup of chopped pecans over top and bake an additional 25 minutes.
  8. Cut while still warm.
