  1. Place sugar, tofu and vanilla in blender
  2. Start blending on low then gradually increase speed
  3. Slowly poor in the coconut oil
  4. Scrape sides as needed with rubber spatula
  5. Blend until very smooth
  6. Chill for at least 20 minutes
