Vanilla and Cinnamon Milk

Ingredients:

  • 400 ml skim milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (0r 1/2 tsp vanilla essence)

Directions:

  1. Put the milk, honey, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a small saucepan and cook stirring occasionally, over a low heat for 5-7 minutes or until warm.
  2. Pour into mugs and serve.
