Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 3 oz diabetic sugar-free vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 tsp honey

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on medium speed for 2 minutes .
  3. Pour into glass and enjoy.
