Banana Bread Crumb Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a bowl, combine banana, egg, applesauce, milk and honey.
  3. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
  4. Fold in breadcrumbs.
  5. Spray a 1-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  6. Pour batter into the dish.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
