Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Microwave oats and milk for 2 minutes or until mixture is cooked to desired consistency.
  2. Add honey cinnamon and salt.
  3. Stir and enjoy!
