Ingredients:

  • 2 cups semolina
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 tsp lentils
  • 10 g peanuts

Directions:

  1. Prepare Tadka - Heat Oil and add Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Lentils and Peanuts
  2. Mix the veggies (Onion, Tomato)
  3. Heat the mix till the veggies loose their volume
  4. Add 2 cups of water and mix salt. Bring it to boil
  5. Add Semolina slowly to the mix, continuously stirring the mix
  6. Upma is ready when all water evaporates
