Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cover bottom of 4 quart glass serving bowl with Catalina dressing.
  2. Add spinach and pack down. (Make sure spinach is very dry.)
  3. Sprinkle to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle with bacon.
  5. Arrange egg slices over bacon.
  6. Pack in lettuce. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  7. Layer with peas and onion rings.
  8. Sprinkle with granulated sugar.
  9. Spread mayonnaise over top.
  10. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
  11. Cover and chill overnight.
