Tuscan Kale Salad

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups kale
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 salt

Directions:

  1. Remove Stems from the Kale and shred.
  2. Add Olive Oil
  3. Add Lemon Juice
  4. Mince and add garlic cloves.
  5. Salt, pepper and pepper flakes to taste
  6. Add feta
