From Dr. Weil's site. Adjusted a bit to reduce calories and saturated fat. I also removed the bread crumbs to lower the carbs per serving.
Ingredients:
6 cups kale
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 salt
1 pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
14 grams feta cheese
Directions:
1. Remove Stems from the Kale and shred.
2. Add Olive Oil
3. Add Lemon Juice
4. Mince and add garlic cloves.
5. salt, pepper and pepper flakes to taste
6. Add feta
