Ingredients:

  • 1 can consomme
  • 1 (4 oz) can mushroom stems and pieces
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Place Rice, mushrooms and soup in a casserole dish and stir mixture together.
  2. Place stick of butter on top of mixture.
  3. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
