Ingredients:

  • 10 cups white rice
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 5 (1 1/4 oz) packages dry onion soup mix
  • 10 tbsp soy sauce
  • 5 (10 oz) cans mushroom stems and pieces
  • 15 cups boiling water

Directions:

  1. Add ingredients to a large roaster and seal tightly with aluminum foil and the roaster cover.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, no peeking.
