Turkey Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cut tops off peppers, clean and deseed
  3. Dunk peppers into boiling water and leave for 5 minutes or until the peppers begin to get tender
  4. Remove peppers and tip upside down on a towel to drain exess water
  5. Place peppers in a baking dish
  6. Lightly coat the inside of the pepper with salt (optional)
  7. Cove dish
  8. Brown and drain ground turkey and onions
  9. Mix turkey, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, tomatoes, and worcestershire sauce
  10. Lace even amounts of mixture into peppers
  11. Cover dish and cook for 25 minutes
  12. Remove cover and left over cheese and cook for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese begins to brown
