Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Arrange crackers on broiler pan.
  3. Mix sauce with zest and scallions.
  4. Dot crackers with sauce and top with folded turkey and Brie.
  5. Place under broiler to melt Brie.
  6. Serve warm.
