Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put olive oil, balsamic, lemon juice, honey and mustard in a jar with lid on and shake till well mixed, set aside and shake again before use.
  2. Clean oranges from all white parts and seeds, part and put inb a big bowl.
  3. Add onion, garlic,dill,lettuce,tomatoes, red pepper, olives, celery and parsley , mix well and add salt and pepper to taste, mix again.
  4. Add dressing and mix , sprinkle with paprika and top with mint leaves.
