Directions:

  1. Hard boil 3 large eggs, and chop. Put in medium mixing bowl and mash with a fork. Add well-drained tuna fish, olives, celery, onion, and sweet relish and mix well.
  2. In small bowl, combine Miracle Whip, mustard, chives, parsley, salt substitute and pepper and blend well.
  3. Pour dressing over tuna mixture and stir until well-blended.
  4. Serve as salad, over 1 cup salad mix or as a sandwich on your favorite wheat bread.
