Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop up tomatoes into bite sized pieces. If you wish, remove seeds.
  2. Dice onion and place in serving bowl with the tomatoes.
  3. Combine Miracle Whip and red wine vinegar until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add parsley.
  4. Pour finished dressing over tomatoes and onion mixture and fold together gently.
  5. Sprinkle chives on top for garnish.
  6. Chill several hours and serve with slotted spoon to drain some of the juices.
