Tropical Fruit Crumble With No Added Sugar

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees (fan oven).
  2. Pplace dates, mango, pineapple, orange rind and juice and vanilla in a pan.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes until tender.
  4. Strain the fruit, reserving the juices.
  5. Place fruit and kiwi fruit in a large ovenproof dish.
  6. Return the reserved juices to the pan.
  7. Simmer for 5 minutes until reduced by half.
  8. Pour over the fruit.
  9. Mix oats, almonds, flour and butter.
  10. Scatter over the fruit.
  11. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
  12. Serve warm with custard.
