Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine crust ingredients until a dough is formed. Wrap dough on wax or plastic paper and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Roll dough and fit into a removable bottom 9 inch tart pan. Prick the dough with a fork. Chill for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Remove dough from refrigerator and place parchment paper topped with rice to weight paper down.
  4. Bake dough for 18 minutes at 350°F.
  5. While dough is baking prepare filling and crumb mixtures by mixing ingredients in separate bowls, one for the crumb mixture and another for the filling mixture.
  6. Remove dough from the oven and increase oven temperature to 375°F.
  7. Remove parchment paper and add filling to the pan. Top with the crumb mixture.
  8. Bake for another 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  9. Cool tart completely and serve. Enjoy.
