Ingredients:

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • oil
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Grate the potatoes and onion.
  2. Add the eggs and stir.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan.
  4. Add the mixture in globs.
  5. Fry until brown,than flip.
  6. When both sides are brown,let it cool.
  7. (optional) smear with applesauce.
