Tomato Basil Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain and cool.
  3. In small mixing bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
  4. In a large mixing bowl combine pasta, basil and tomatoes.
  5. Pour vinaigrette over top and toss together.
  6. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
  7. Add pine nuts and cheese just before serving.
