Directions:

  1. Heat oiled saucepan.
  2. Cook onion and garlic stirring until onion softens.
  3. Stir in chopped comato. cook about 3min or until soft.
  4. Add stock and sauce, bring to a boil; simmer, covered 15min
  5. Blend or process tomato mixture in batches until almost smooth. Return to pan.
  6. Stir in drained chickpeas and parsley; simmer, uncovered 5 minutes or until heated through.
