Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Core and seed the tomatoes, then cut them into matchstick size strips.
  2. Wash the basil and cut into strips (julienne).
  3. Put the tomatoes and basil in a bowl and add the other ingredients.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Cover and rest at room temperature for at least one hour.
