Tofu Guacamole Sprout Sandwich--vegan Brown Baggin!

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp guacamole
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 3 slices grilled tofu (easy-as-1-2-3 versatile chunks or sandwich slices)

Directions:

  1. Spread the guacamole evenly on each piece of bread.
  2. Stick the tofu on one slice, and the sprouts on another.
  3. Smush it together and you're done!
