Tofu Guacamole Sprout Sandwich--vegan Brown Baggin!

I threw this together one night when it was late and I was tired. The flavors go together really well! I use Wholly Guacamole 100-calorie packs, just one packet- half for each slide of bread. Uses my swear-by Easy-As-1-2-3 Versatile Grilled Tofu Chunks or Sandwich Slices when chilled as sandwich slices. Feel free to use packaged bean sprouts, this is a good money-saver though not for immediate use How to Sprout Lentils
Ingredients:
2 slices whole wheat bread
4 tablespoons guacamole
1/2 cup bean sprouts
3 slices grilled tofu (easy-as-1-2-3 versatile grilled tofu chunks or sandwich slices)
Directions:
1. Spread the guacamole evenly on each piece of bread.
2. Stick the tofu on one slice, and the sprouts on another.
3. Smush it together and you're done!
