Gym Lovers' High Protein Egg Roll

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute garlic then onions then bean sprouts, tofu and carrot bits until golden. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside for 5 min. wrap 1 tbsp of the mixture with egg roll wrapper. Fry until golden brown. Cut the roll into 2-3 pcs. Serve with the dip. Enjoy!
