Tina's Addictive Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 6 -8 medium potatoes

Directions:

  1. Make a foil packet (needs to be pretty sturdy). Slice the potaoes in medium to thin slices, sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Slice onions & put on top of potatoes. Use stick butter & cut slices of butter to cover the potatoes fairly well.
  2. Wrap foil up, punch fork holes on top. Place on grill and cook for about 20-30 minutes (we usually put this on first and prepare other food while its cooking).
  3. These are so good!
  4. During the winter, you may do the same as above except line them in a baking dish and cook for 30 minutes or so on 350.
