  2. Spray or oil 13x9 baking dish.
  3. Place spinach in dish.
  4. Then tilapia.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Then tomatos and onion.
  7. Cover with foil and bake 15 min, remove foil and cook until fish flakes. enjoy.
