Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch pieces and spread over bottom of crock pot.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl and pour over chicken.
  3. Cook on high in crockpot for 1 hour.
  4. Turn crockpot to low and cook 6-8 hours.
  5. Serve over rice, pasta or in soft tortillas.
  6. Freezes well.
