Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put a thin layer of peanut butter on each slice of the sandwich so the insides don't move around as much. Layer the banana slices on one side, and sprinkle the coconut on the other. Close it and cut the sandwich into four parts. Open up each part in turn and shove a pineapple ring in there.
  2. Really, I went nuts with this. I think I put everything I had into this to see how it tasted. Flounder, jelly, relish, mayo, cinnamon... and finally, we had a winner. How simple, and yet so delicious! You must try this, I'm telling you. Just leave out the relish, that wasn't so good.
