Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs beef (family pack size) or 3 lbs pork ribs ( family pack
  • 1 (18 oz) bottle hickory barbecue sauce
  • 1 (14 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 -1 1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Line a deep roasting pan with foil.
  2. Place ribs in the bottom of pan.
  3. Pour BBQ sauce and spaghetti sauce over top.
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of sauces. Do not mix, just leave it layered.
  5. Bake uncovered at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 hours, or at 225 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 hours.
