Ingredients:

  1. Place thinly sliced beef into a container.
  2. Add all ingredients in order above.
  3. Massage the meat, let marinade for 5-10 minutes, if you want to marinade overnight or for longer than an hour, use less teriyaki and soy sauce.
  4. Heat stove, until sizzling hot, add 1 tsp of olive oil.
  5. Cook marinated beef, do not cover pot. you may add a teeny bit of sherry or rice wine when meat is half raw if you want.
