Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 (15 oz) can spiced yellow cling peaches, cubed with juice
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Mix brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
  2. Add peaches and juice and mix thoroughly with sauce.
  3. Dip each rib in sauce to coat and place in crockpot (slow-cooker).
  4. Pour remaining sauce ingredients over the ribs.
  5. Cover and cook on Low 5-6 hours.
  6. Remove ribs to platter and keep warm.
  7. If needed, thicken sauce by putting 3 cups
  8. Of sauce into pan on Medium-high on stove.
  9. Put cornstarch in a small bowl; add water and stir until cornstarch is dissolved.
  10. While stirring, slowly pour cornstarch mixture into sauce a little at a time until sauce is at your desired thickness.
  11. Serve sauce over ribs.
