Taco Cheese Quesadillas

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place 2 tortillas on ungreased cookie sheet.
  2. Sprinkle each with 3/4 cup of cheese.
  3. Arrange tomatoes over cheese.
  4. Sprinkle with cilanro.
  5. Top with remaining tortillas.
  6. Brush tops of quesadillas with 2 tsp of the oil.
  7. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes.
  8. Remove from broiler and flip over.
  9. Brush remainder of oil over quesadillas.
  10. Sprinkle tops with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
  11. Broil for another 1 to 2 minutes (until cheese is melted).
  12. Cut into wedges.
  13. Serve.
