  1. Prepare rice.
  2. Brown chicken chunks in oil until cooked.
  3. Stir in black beans, salsa, soy sauce, and rice.
  4. Heat.
  5. To serve, line tortillas with lettuce, fill with rice mixture and add tomato and cilantro.
