Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1/2 cup red onion

Directions:

  1. Soak bulgur in 1 1/2 cup boiling water for 30 minutes.
  2. Stir together with remaining ingredients.
