Ingredients:
1 cup bulgur, dry
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/8 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2 green onions
1 cup parsley
1 tomato
1/2 cucumber
1/2 cup red onion
Directions:
1. Soak bulgur in 1 1/2 cup boiling water for 30 minutes.
2. Stir together with remaining ingredients.
