Directions:

  1. Combine the turkey, Swiss cheese, egg, mustard, bread crumbs, pepper and salt in a medium bowl.
  2. Shape into 4 patties.
  3. Preheat the grill and spray with cooking spray.
  4. Grill burgers for 7-8 minutes. Serve on onion rolls.
