Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup jalapeno
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic

Directions:

  1. Brown and drain lean ground turkey.
  2. Cook pasta as directed, drain and add to browned turkey in skillet with italian seasoning.
  3. Add mushrooms, olives, garlic, pepper, jalapeno, soup and wine.
  4. Simmer together for 30 minutes.
  5. Add onion and bell pepper at the end for extra crispness if desired.
  6. Serve
