Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 1 lb fusilli

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta til al dente. Strain.
  2. Heat pan with olive oil. Add turkey, onion, bell pepper, garlic, and all seasonings.
  3. Cook until turkey is brown, and bell peppers turn yellow in color.
  4. Add ricotta and mix well.
  5. Put pasta back into pot, and add sauce, mix well and serve!
