Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice chicken (thin) on the bias when it is still about 3/4 frozen, makes it wonderful!
  2. Heat no stick pan-spray it with cooking spray.(I use a mister filled w/olive oil) Stir Fry chicken, remove from skillet. Stir fry veggies till onion is translucent, add chicken and drained pineapple.
  3. Mix last 5 ingredients in small bowl. Add to skillet, when it gets thick and bubbly, remove from heat. Divide into 4 equal servings.
  4. Serve with rice, not included in Nutrition Facts.(I like Taste of Thai Jasmine, correct portion is 1/3 c cooked)
