Sweet Potatoe Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 6 sweet potatoes or yams
  • 1 stick of butter melted
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp of nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Bake sweet potates 400 degrees for 1 hour
  2. Let cool
  3. Mash Potatoes with melted butter, 1 cup Brown Sugar, Cinnamon & Nutmeg
  4. Put in 9x13 Pan
  5. Top with remaing Brown sugar
  6. Bake for 40Mins 350 degrees
