Directions:

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Pour into pastry shell.
  2. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°, and bake 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean, shielding edges with aluminum foil after 20 minutes to prevent excessive browning.
