Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Mix sweet potatoes, 1 C sugar, eggs, vanilla, soft margarine and milk.
  2. Pour into a casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Mix the topping ingredients.
  4. It is a little thick.
  5. Sprinkle over the casserole.
  6. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
