Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and butter thoroughly.
  2. Pour into buttered 1 quart casserole.
  3. Mix all the topping ingredients with a fork.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbs on top of the casserole.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
