Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 2-cup oven-proof dish. (Use a dish suitable for serving).
  3. In a small bowl mix together the onion, mayonnaise, cheese and cayenne pepper.
  4. Scoop into the prepared dish.
  5. Top with a few more sprinkles of parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in pre-heated oven for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Serve with the sliced bread.
  8. This dip is also really good with crudites.
