Ingredients:

  • all the above in blender until it becomes a pudding
  • 6 madjool dates

Directions:

  1. Refrigerate Korean Watermelon Korean Melon, Mango, Papapya for 1-2 hours before if you like fruits chilled
  2. Cut the Korean Melon in half, clean it and peel it and cut it in small cubes
  3. Cut Watermelon in slices, then each slice in 4 long candlesticks
  4. Pour The Pudding into bowls,
  5. Add the korean melon squares in the right to center
  6. Add the 3tbsp granola left to center
  7. Sprinkle 1 tsp sunflower seeds on top.
  8. Decorate the watermelon sticks around the bowl leaving an opening to the front
  9. Add 3 Madjool dates to the front
  10. Serve and enjoy this sweet refreshing colorful delight ♥
  11. This is very filling though doesn't make you feel bloated ♥
