Sweet And Sour Cucumbers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put sliced cucumbers in a bowl of cold water and salt
  2. (No measurement for the salt, I just pour some in, probably 1 T)
  3. Let cucumbers set, while you prepare the sauce.
  4. Boil sugar and vinegar. Stirring constantly.
  5. Once it boils remove from heat to let cool.
  6. When sauce is cooled
  7. Drain water off cucumbers
  8. Pour vinegar sauce over cucumbers.
  9. Chill and Serve.
