Sweet and Savory Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients:

  • 1 large spaghetti squash halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning

Directions:

  1. In 1 squash half, combine brown sugar, 3 tbsp. butter, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
  2. In other half, combine 2 tbsp. cheese, 3 tbsp. butter, salt and pepper.
  3. Place both in 9x13 inch baking dish and add broth.
  4. Cover with foil and bake at 450 until tender, 50 minutes.
  5. Scrape into strands (still in the shell).
  6. Drizzle sweet with honey and
  7. Savory with Italian seasoning and remaining cheese.
