Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine cucumber, tomatoe, onion, olives and salad dressing and set aside.
  2. Cut 1 inch off top of bread and set aside.
  3. Carefully hollow out top and bottom of loaf; leave a 1/2 shell.
  4. (discard removed bread but keep it for other purposes such as homemade croutons).
  5. Layer 1/4 of meats and cheeses inside shell.
  6. Top with 1/3 of vegetable mixture.
  7. Repeat layers and end with meat and cheeses,.
  8. Gently pressing down as needed.
  9. Replace top.
  10. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap in fridge.
  11. Can be made the day before if desired.
